The tanning beds here are fine (used mostly for seasonal affective treatment) but the staff was always quite irritable and unfriendly and frequently rude. I learned that if you just sort of walk in and speak a bare minimum and do your thing and just leave without speaking to them at all or asking any questions at all then it's much less unpleasant, but if you're new to it and need a simple one line explanation of how to use the machine, you will get only grudging and unfriendly answers.
The service is fantastic. Maria, Kiana, and Joe are always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. One of the reasons I keep coming back is because of them. Thank you
