This place was great for my 8 year old who wanted a trim. The service was sweet and attentive. She was in and out pretty quickly. Great for kiddos and would recommend!
I was here a few days ago. The "hairdresser" was rude as hell. She actually yelled in my ear, due to yelling towards her co-worker about something that was broken. I said, "Ow". She didn't notice and or care she'd just yelled in ear, as if I wasn't a human sitting in her chair but head of a mannequin. I asked her to clean up my layers. She only did so with some of them. One of the worst haircut experiences of my life.
I had the worst hair cut of my life . I tried to fix it with another stylist after she cut it to layer it more and it's WORSE
I went to Great clips this morning to get my hair trimmed. I showed the woman how much to trim off which was maybe an inch now mind you my hair was down to my bottom. She started to come my hair and caused a big knot and proceeded to take her scissors and cut off about 41/2- 5 inches. I told her that she cut to mich off and she told me that it was ok and I told her no it wasn't. I am 64 and have never had such a horrible hair cut. My hair is all chopped way to short and has long strands all over. Do not recommend them to anyone. She ruined my hair.
