Tiffany's Nails in Capitola, CA

Went to Tiffany's for the first time and it was alright, kind of disappointing. While the staff was really nice the quality is just not there and it took far too long. I got gel for my acrylic set and my toes (deluxe pedi) which ended up being $100 which was a bit ridiculous as the nails were not shaped well and are genuinely just not done well (as seen in pics). It took more than 2 hours to finish just nails and toes which was far too long for just a solid color. The women were all nice but definitely finding somewhere else for the future.

van gave me the best stiletto fill i've ever had. she took her time. i am so pleased with my nails, i can't say enough. no bubbles, no texture, just sharp, pointy smoothness. she's my lady from now on.

I am so sad I want to cry. I went in with decent length toenails that were SQUARE shaped. They cut into the corners. She was determined to take out ingrown toenails that didn't exist, which also made me BLEED. My nails just have more curve in but they're not painful or ingrown. She made my nails SHORT AND ROUND. I wear opened toes shoes a lot so getting a pedicure is very important. But now this is just ugly, humiliating, and terrible. I literally am so upset that this costs $45!!!! I wish I could go back in time and never walk into this establishment. Save yourself the hassle and ruined nails. It would've been better if the polish was messed up and not my actual nails that for me take forever to grow out....-5/10

I went here 4 days ago, paid $65 for a full set of regular acrylic nails, and a solid gel nail color. No designs, no French nails, no manicure...just plain solid fuchsia colored nails (so they were over priced to begin with). While I am picky about my nails, as I've been having my nails done for the last 20 years, I'm also forgiving. But this has got to be one of the WORST experiences I've ever had. The shape was the only thing I can say they got right. I kept asking them to cut them shorter (because I type on the computer), and she kept saying "later". I also asked them several times to please push my cuticles back a little bit, too. Well, they never cut them shorter or pushed even after I asked 3-4 different times. The nails were bumpy with ridges (not smooth). They did not shape the nail to align smoothly with my cuticle area, making a thick ridge where the nails met my cuticles. By day 2, everything was catching on those ridges and pulling the nails away from my nail bed. Today is day four, and five of my nails have already popped off. In 20 years, that has never happened to me. I will never go back here again! As a sidenote, the lady that did my nails was Asian, and she had shoulder-length, dyed blonde hair to the point of almost frying it. I don't know her name, so I figured I'd describe her appearance. She claims she's been doing nails for 10 years. She was extremely rough, and acted as if she was in a huge hurry, even though the shop was not busy by any means. In my humble opinion, it seemed as if she was high on meth or something... she just had that fidgety, rushed and paranoid look about her that is not typical for Asian culture. Just an FYI.

Great customer service, my nails came off in 2 days and the design lines were crooked. The acrylic was also bumpy and uneven.
