Spring is upon us and summer will soon be here and we will all be out and about more... and it's time to get our hair on point... so have I got a recommendation for you... Jamie over at Pam's Legacy Hair on Regency Road ... easy parking ... friendly staff, and of course, Jamie ... my new hair stylist extraordinaire! He took my so so hair and did his color and cut magic and Voila! My hair is fabulous! Your hair can be fabulous too... just go see Jamie... and tell him Geneva Coleman sent you... you won't be sorry you did. We can't fix everything wrong with this world ... but thanks to Jamie... we can have incredible hair! Call him today! Talented. Experienced. Reasonable prices. And mad skills! Plus... he's a Leo... can't go wrong there. Lol. Doing the Happy hair dance in the house tonight.
I've been Pam's Legacy Hair Salon quite a few times. Stacey has always been my hair stylist each visit. I'm very disappointed to say that I will NOT be returning there due to several reasons.
Stacey is NOT consistent with her highlights...gets worse every time I visit.
Highlights do NOT turn out as I want and my hair gets very damaged by her technique. Also, she quotes me a specific price for my next visit and has NOT kept her word TWICE and I've ended up be charged more than she promised.
My last visit was a disaster when it comes to the highlights; they were nowhere near the color that I wanted and my hair was very damaged. She always attempts to add an up-charge by trying to talk you into buying hair products...even if they're not suitable for your hair type.
The one thing that Stacey is excellent at is cutting hair; so if you only need a great haircut and style, then she's great. However, if you want good highlights, then have someone else do it.
Reva, my awesome hair stylist, moved here and I really like it! The location is great in my opinion, easily accessible with decent parking. Inside the salon is beautiful, each station is nicely put together and they have the coolest wall in the back that's wood they use as a background for after photos. It is really impressive. Reva does a great job- you can really tell that she stays up on her craft and cares about getting your hair right. She is super friendly and welcoming and the time goes quickly. I love the atmosphere at this salon- you can just tell the stylists all get along and build each other up and teach each other.
