Do NOT go here! The bulbs are weak and the beds are very outdated and you will not tan evenly. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Tanning beds don't tan evenly. The VIP bed is the worst with top part of bed causing burning and bottom side not doing much. Usually it's the other way around. Obviously top bulbs were changed and bottoms weren't. Proved it by tanning face down and then back burned. Been going there for years but this is the last.
Girls working there are nice but not most informative & this rating is for their main office I contacted & for a rude woman who called me back and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing that I should not get a leg wax for at least a week after a spray-on tan when I had not had a spray-on tan in over 10 years nor was told that by their staff so I had one before that & it came off with the wax so I asked for a refund and she refused...worst customer service lady ever! Didn't even TRY to work with me!! Grrrr! My wax salon couldn't believe it either...
Horrible customer service all they care about is the dollar they make! Got a unbelievable rash from their units ended up at dr and on antibiotics to get rid of it! Took over a month! Had pictures and dr note to prove only used the service twice and they would not refund my membership I purchased! It was painful and very uncomfortable especially during summer! Would never go back due to their lack of care! The lady at the front was great snd helpful, But when she called the owners they made the call of no refund which made it even worse! Bad business
This establishment is TERRIBLE. I stopped tanning here months ago and filled out the paper work necessary to cancel my membership then the month after they charged me again. I called and explained how I filled out the papers and the lady on the phone apologized. Now October comes and I randomly get a charge AGAIN. They're terrible at keeping track of documents and unprofessional.
