Went into get my nails removed and was looking for a new salon. They told me they don't do removals for anyone other than existing clients. Poor way to get new clients. Too bad because it's close to me.
I did a pedicure with a male (not Johnny). The lady who answered the phone probably never got her toes done by him because she swore he was really good as the other nail techs were busy at the time I wanted. I was misled. The whole experience was not pleasant. He was super quick and cut my toes with the nail drill in the process. I felt like he was constantly looking at the door to get his next walk-in client. He didn't even cut my cuticles and the gel polish was horrible. The other nail tech seems nice but avoid the male there. I wished I would've caught his name. For sure it was not Johnny.
Had such a pleasant experience! Called short notice and asked for a full set. They made time for a Saturday and very thankful! I had Song do my nails and was extremely pleased with the results. This is the best shape I've had done in a very long time. Exactly what I asked for! Song took their time and there was no rush. Will definitely be back!
