Never felt the need to leave a review, but HOLY COW I been coming here for years and NEVER EVER have I received the customer service that I got today by Mr. Albert! I have been using my Diamond level bed for over a year now since I upgraded my membership...little did I know I had been using it wrong this whole time! He literally knows that bed inside and out! I was overwhelmed with information but I couldn't stop listening because it all just made so much sense. I now know so much more about my bed and my skincare thanks to him. I also have to add that he is just an absolute sweetheart that actually takes the time to listen and explain things to you! I will always look forwards to my visit here from now on, total change in atmosphere!! Thank you again Albert!
