Made an appointment over the phone requiring a credit card down to book it. I was warned if I was late or didn't show, I would be charged for it. I show up early, 10 minutes, and then wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. They then tell me I should reschedule because the client they're working on is taking longer than expected. No apology, no sorry, or any way to make up for their mistake. With a bad attitude, the owner makes excuses saying this sort of thing happens with all salons because treatments and services can vary in time with different clients and its not always easy to keep appointments. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. BEWARE!
