Great nail salon!! Called on short notice for two pedicures and made an appt for 2 hrs later. The nail technicians were ready upon our arrival and started right way. They were very polite and detail oriented. They did a beautiful job on both pedis and one of the best French pedis I've had in a long time. Definitely coming back!!
I wasn't impressed at all. First the chit chat with employees is the worst Iv ever seen. My nail tech didn't talk to me he talked to his colleagues. I don't speak their language so I'm just sitting there in the dark. It was my whole service none stop talking. I'm a cosmetologist so I can do nails and there was steps that were missed on each of my services. Big steps. Like I didn't get a hand massage with my manicure. I also don't think he cut or pushed back my cuticles on my toes. Idk I was too busy tryin to figure out the massage chair. And not one base coat on nails or toes. Amateur paint job with old nail polish. I won't be back.
Been looking for a new permanent place for my nails and feet after leaving Lynn for years, I thought this was it, but they are not. I have been trying to get something amazing with polish and design, but they have no clue on design. Looks like Tammy is the only one that actually knows what to do as far as design and she is appointments. I am so over them now really..... I am looking for a good nail salon, any options....
This place was awesome and affordable! My toes look great and my feet feel amazing. Best foot/calf massage ever and I only got the basic pedicure !
Growing up in Dothan, I've gone here as long as I can remember. Their Herbal Spa pedicure was unlike any other pedi experience. I went there today and no herbal spa pedi anymore. Should've been when I left. However I stayed and got their new deluxe pedi. The guy doing my nails was incredibly rough, to the point it was painful. The hot rocks were not hot. The warm towels were barely warm. As you can see, after it was over, I still have polish on my skin and my big toe is matte now where the polish was removed while trying to put my shoe on. Granted my shoes are difficult for even me to put on. However, very dissatisfied with how my toes look. The lotion massage was the best part. Sad today's experience was so bad. Will not be back to get a pedi in Dothan.
