Pros: clean and friendly staff

Cons: Where do I begin? I paid $110 for a so-called gel manicure and gel pedicure. What we received was a botched manicure (if you want to even call it that) and crummy pedicure. Nails were barely filed on hands. Nails weren't filed at all on feet. There's no uniform shape to the nails whatsoever. The previous polish was only half-way removed as you can still see it on the side of my nails. Nails were never soaked. Cuticles weren't touched on hands or feet. Lotion was not applied to hands. Feet were half-way scrubbed. We supposedly both received gel polish, but as you can see from the pictures it started rubbing off the thumb just 20 minutes after leaving the salon. We even went back to have the thumb nail repaired and now the nail that was repaired looks worse than it did before we left the first time. Now, polish is rubbing off on the other nails! Gel polish should NOT rub off like this!! The paint job looks like my 5-year-old did it with her eyes closed. What a waste of money and time!

Bottom line - if you want to save yourself a lot of money, time, and frustration do not go to Fancy Nails. What a joke and rip-off!

Love this place and the owners!!! I prefer to call ahead rather than walk in..... great color selections in many different nail products.

This was my First and will be my Last time coming here I came for a manicure and polish and this is the results from it the manicure that only took 10 minutes total to do and he did a sloppy job as you can see on my nails.I kept showing him my nails thinking he would at least try to make them look better remove the excess polish or something.It look like I did this myself I probably could of done a better job on them myself for free.If I could post without giving a star I would and as SOON as I left there I went to another nail shop and got them redone and she did and excellent job.She couldn't even believe the work that was done on my nails more less me paying for them...

I came to Fancy Nails because I was given a gift certificate, and I will not return. Although the staff is friendly, there were many issues I had with my experience. I went in for a pedicure. And a full set. I wanted a acrylic gel set with coffin shape. The pedicure was decent at best, the massage was short and they did not use hot towels. The wait was long, and after waiting 20 minutes for a chair, they sat me in and ran the water. I then waited an additional 15 minutes, and by the time I was serviced, my water was luke warm. I was not offered anything to drink, although it seemed other guests were offered.

Then it came time for my hands. I showed the woman how I wanted them shaped, she said it would cost an additional $5. No problem. As she's shaping them, I noticed she was filing too far into the nail, almost halfway into the bed of the nail. She said don't worry, she's not finished. This was not corrected. My cuticles were not cut either by the way. When she painted my nails, they came out streaky and blotchy. She ended with a clear top coat instead of the gel that I asked for.

Two days later, one of the nails popped off IN MY SLEEP. I was not working, I was not doing anything strenuous, I woke up from a sound nights sleep and it came off. I am giving two stars instead of one, because when I came back to have it fixed, the ONE NAIL they fixed, looks perfect. They used the gel, it was filed properly, and the application of the polish looks nice.  Granted this is one nail of the set. Two days later, ANOTHER nail popped off. I looked thoroughly at the rest of them, and I am now noticing about 4 nails are lifting. THIS IS HOW YOU GET MOLD!!!! I called to tell them I am unsatisfied, and they told me that they have only a 2 day guarantee, despite the fact that they didn't give me what I asked for to begin with.

I am not pleased, I will not be returning, and I will absolutely let everyone know what an awful experience I had.

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Fancy Nails. They are kind and courteous and do a meticulous job with nails. I highly recommend them.
