We went there for the fourth time today. Previous experiences were ok. Not amazing but good enough. We always had to wait well beyond our scheduled time but such is life. Today was not good.
Unfortunately we were a few minutes late due to traffic. The salon was completely empty. No other clients waiting. The stylist, Noe, gave my husband a hard time about being late (even though we've always had to wait....) She proceeded to rush through my 4yo son's cut and it looks terrible. The bangs are uneven, layers aren't blended in the back. I was so disappointed but I wasn't with him at the appt. I expect more from a $50 children's cut.
We won't be back. It's too far to drive for bad service and a bad cut.
I've been to this location a number of times and had no issues, especially when stylist Erin was still working at sit still Bethany. Since she left we've had 2 appointments canceled at VERY short notice. As in same day cancelation, when the appointments were booked and confirmed a week in advance. Front desk just told me to reschedule but didn't try to offer other days or times. Sadly, we won't be going back to Sit Still Bethany. I'll be taking my son and our business elsewhere.
My six year old loves it here. Very friendly and professional, and very patient with small children. Plus it's close to some great coffee and snacks.
This is a very family friendly salon! The staff is always very welcoming, upbeat, & it's easy to make an appointment online. My kids always get a good haircut here, however, their prices are comparatively pretty high. Due to this, I don't always choose to go here but definitely before events like school/family photos.
This place has gone downhill. Not sure if it's because of turnover or stress but quality of the cut and overall experience has significantly decreased.
