Do not get your nails done here I got a bad bacterial infection after getting my nails done with luxe nails when I called and told them I got an infection from them and needed a refund they told me they didn't do refunds and basically didn't care about the situation they just hung up with me while on the phone. My toe is in a lot of pain and yellow puss is coming from underneath my nail completely disgusting.
By far one of the WORST nail places! When you try to have them fix the nails while they're doing them, they don't listen. Then when it comes to paying, they still charge you the same price for the nails not looking good at all. They pull your hands to try to look at them and want to make it right AFTER the fact. We still paid full price for the worst nails possible! Never recommend them to anyone!
My husband, sister, and daughter visited this salon for the first time and we were so happy we did! Our nails were done how we liked and everyone was very friendly. The salon is clean and stylish, we will be back!
The lady was so rough. I asked her politely no less than 3x if she can be gentle. The kicker? As my toes were drying I noticed the toenail that had broke prior to coming in was OBVIOUSLY CROOKED! I and her if she can cut it evenly and she literally asked if I wanted it "cut straight?" Ummm wtf. That's why I came in! The opposite toe on my other foot, that nail was left much longer. Like, "hello?" Should I be asking for my nails to be cut straight and match length? Never going back.
Not normally a complainer. After reading reviews after my visit yesterday what I can say is this: unnecessary roughness and rudeness. my cuticles got cut by the drill multiple times. That along with the "RELAX" while yanking my hand? I told the tech (Lynn) multiple times that she was cutting me with the drill, she put no antiseptic on them--even though they were bleeding on FOUR fingers--from the drill and her carelessness. I won't be back. But more importantly, how to file a legitimate complaint and where? It's a health and safety hazard to make someone bleed and do nothing (besides try to cover it up with polish) oh...and she did offer super glue as an option. (photos have antibiotic on my cuticles, once I got home) To finish off, she faked some niceties for a tip. My tip? if you hate your job? Get a new one. Don't take it out on customers.
