Jay, did a great job on my pedicure! I enjoyed the salon. All were so very pleasant and helpful. I would go back to this salon when I am in town again. Smaller salon with not a lot of chatter that is sometimes overwhelming. Thank you for a great experience. It was a bit hard to find, which is why I gave 4 rating. They do need better sinage.
My pedi was done by Jay. He is AMAZING! However when I got my mani it was done poorly and she left nail polish all over my hands. It didn't look like the picture and when I told her that she blamed me for having short nails. I'll come back for Jay but will avoid this lady.
This business only has 6 reviews so I'm here to add the lucky 7th. Truth be told , they don't have a variety of gel polish , but they do have a lot of regular polish & a lot of dip powder. The place is small and intimate . About 4 people working. We arrived at 10:45 and were told we would have to wait 35 mins- we only waited 25 minutes ! The lady in the front is helping my grandma and is being very gentle & did an amazing job with her gel manicure. A gentleman is helping with her pedicure . He's very kind and is also attention to detail! I always get my nails done at a salon back at home but it's nice to see this salon is similar in quality and attention to detail. They only have the big chairs for the pedicure station which could be an issue for people who cannot sit in high seats. Maybe they could invest in the portable pedicure boxes for the elderly and people with disabilities. Aside from that I would bring my grandma back whenever I'm in town .
Ugh terrible customer service had me waiting there for 30 min saying someone was going to help me in 10 min.
Jay does a really good job with pedicures!! 100% recommend to ask for him when he's here on Friday or Saturdays
