I'm done spending money here. 45 dollars for dip nails and the top shine is chipping off all of them & one of the nails just completely came off. This isn't the first time this has happened here! I got my nails done less than a week ago. 2 stars because the people are very nice here. But I can't give this place more chances. It's throwing money out the window and I just want my nails to look nice for more than 2 days.
The gentleman doing my names was very rude. He slapped my hands a few times as I wasn't adjusting my hand fast enough for him. He never spoke to me aside from wash your hands and all done bye. The lady at the front was also rude and short, it wasn't for a lack of trying to ignore it.
Walked and explained I had a really bad set from my regular salon and how their color selection is terrible so looking for a new salon close to home. The owners were like absolutely sign in.... Handed me 1 book that didn't have the color they said they could match and say me with Sinh who was rough and almost rude. I told him the mail was too short and he ignored me. The only thing this man said to me was " tip, powder, matte $58" implying I couldn't afford it. Very rude. I will say this the nails itself are not bad it's just not what I wanted and no one cared... I was going to give it two stars for that fact, maybe even three however, when I went to leave I was given a change ( because the signs everywhere say please pay in cash. Please tip in cash). My change was $42 and I was only given 210s a 20 and two ones. I went to hand him back the 10 which would've been my normal tip and get change but he said thank you, at that point, I had no choice but to let them keep it...
This is my third time here and I love it! The staff is so super friendly. Easy to schedule appointments, even if you are a walk in they are happy to help you. All tools are clean and sanitized. Thank you Eva Nails for making my nails prettyI'm definitely going to be a returning client.
This guy did a pedicure in 15 minutes gave me the wrong color and was not gentle at all especially when working on the cuticles .Never had this type of experience.
