Teresa is very professional and made me feel comfortable while getting my hair done. She is detail oriented and took her time on my hair. She made sure she did everything possible to make it look the way I wanted.

After doing my hair for 3 years, the amazing bombshell Brenna moved to Texas and recommended Rachel as her replacement. I made an appointment with Rachel and two weeks later she sent me a text at 7:30am that she needs to reschedule because of a personal reason. Now, as a person with a busy schedule and in the process of waiting for my new vehicle to be delivered I have expressed the Rachel that changing my schedule is not an easy task but I will see if I can move things around to accommodate hers. While rearranging my schedule to make a trip from LA to OC to get my hair done, Rachel decides to send me the following text: "However from the sounds of it, I'm not sure if our schedules are going to match up. It might be in your best interest to book with a different stylist that has more a compatible schedule with your own." My response was that I was able to move things around to accommodate her schedule and she never responded. First off, who says "it's in your best interest" to a new client? Secondly, who texts clients at 7:30am? Rachel is so unprofessional and displays a perfect example of a hair dresser diva who has zero empathy for others and cares only about what is convenient for her. I won't be returning to the salon after 3 years of being a loyal customer driving from LA to OC.

Olivia Taylor Salon is the place to go for your hair! I have always been happy with my hair when leaving . I love all the ladies there, always so friendly and professional. Shelly is absolutely amazing and has been doing my hair for years. I have lived in Virginia and Washington State (Finally back living in CA) but I used to plan my visits to CA so I was able to get my hair done by her. Janay is the manager and she is just so sweet! The salon is clean, organized, and has great products for sale. Pre-covid they would serve you coffee and/or a beverage. Always thinking about their customers. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I met the owner Janay who does amazing color and extensions but because my hair needs so much maintenance she sent me to Rachel in her solon who is super amazing and has been doing my hair extensions and color for a few years ! Does a great job on color and extensions ! The salon is so clean with good vibes ! Recommend if you need to do color or extensions you will get top of the line hair and service. No doubt.

Janay is my Hair's Superpower. I came in to the salon about a year ago which was highly recommended from a friend at work. My stylist had retired to raise a family and I had already been a few places which were not a good fit. I told Janay what I wanted and she and her amazing team made me love my hair again. The salon is gorgeous and someplace I look forward to going to often. Also (very important)...the girls in there truly care for each other. I've been to salons where the undercurrent of bad will and arguments between stylists can be felt by clients. This place is Hair Heaven. Love it so much!
