If I would I would give them no stars!!! I visit from out of town and look forward to getting an amazing hair cut and style when in the area. Tried to call to schedule and couldn't get an appointment scheduled. Instead got some hoaky offer to "save $100 retail"? WHAT THE HECK????

Sharif gave an awesome haircut!! Clean'd up the sides and left the top just as long as needed to slick it back. Will be coming back!!

I wanted to find a good salon to get my hair colored at for my upcoming wedding. This salon was decently rated and both addresses I found were pretty close to where I live. So, I called the number listed on this salon's website on 3/3/20. I left a message because there was no answer at the salon. For the record, I have tried calling this salon multiple times at different times of day and no one ever answers. Late that night the owner of the salon, Sharif texted me. At first I was impressed that he got back to me even though it was late. He kept insisting that we talk on the phone, I am hard of hearing and that makes it difficult to hear people on the phone at times. But I acquiesed and agreed anyway. He SEEMED accomodating at first until I reiterated to him that I wanted to set a consultation appointment before getting ANY work done and that I needed my fiancé to be with me. Because of my fiancé's schedule I needed weekend or night time availability. He seemed fine with this, but then refused to give me the correct address to the salon. I found two separate addresses online and was only trying to make sure that I went to the correct one. He claimed he would send me the address by Monday. That was on Thursday 3/5. We had made the appointment for Wednesday, 3/11. Monday came and went, nothing. Tuesday in the late afternoon I sent a message again trying to get the address. Sent 4 separate messages over 24 hours before finally telling him that his lack of response cost him my business and that I was cancelling any and all appointments I may have had with him. Still got absolutely no response. So, if this salon does good work I wouldn't know. It was an absolute nightmare just trying to schedule a consultation! All he did was cause me undue stress and anxiety that I really don't need to be dealing with this close to my wedding!

Sharif is one of the most unprofessional people i've met. contacted for hair consultation asked for a deposit of 100$ sent through cashapp but sent through paypal because i trust it more and then complained about it not being sent through the correct app, and got annoyed because he "wouldn't get his 100$" even though it goes directly into his bank once the service is provided. then he went so far as to harass us and continues to do so. He went out of his way to send a voice memo over imessage with the following: "Hi it's not good to say good morning because it's not good morning because most of the time i have really kind of heart i respect people and i take care of them & i give them a good prices and you get mad at me. you sent me 100$ and the bank get and i know you get the 100$ back. i'm really nice of me to tell them to give it back but, be kind i think you go to college be educate. i don't know what's going on between with you and your mom because of 100$ like really. it's complicated for no reason. it's not my problem if your stressed out or your boyfriend he broke up with this or that, no no no no. your lucky that i'm talking to you and that i'm, i'm, i'm not lucky exactly bc you disrespect, but good luck with your life, you and your mom. you guys lost me forever this time. do not contact me anymore go do your hair somewhere else better. bye-bye" All i did was ignore his messages because he clearly didn't know how paypal worked and had to have the money through cashapp or venmo, and in return i got that message. What owner has to go out of there way to treat a client like that? He may be a good stylist but no client should be treated that way. Absolute nightmare to work with. If you want to get your hair done with him i'd think twice there are other stylist that will charge less and do the same job. Also he tried to get me to date him and i'm only 18 and said i was rude and mean and disrespectful when i said no, what a creep seriously! i'd stay far away from this guy. there's a reason he has issues with tons of people, stay away ! He tends to work under the influence a lot of the time and after this experience i wouldn't recommend him even to my worst enemy, incredibly unprofessional.

Only want cash payment made the place shady. Call, leave messages, call again at a different time, leave message again - no return call. Went once before and liked it but now they lost a customer.
