Not sure if the employee was new cause I've never seen him but he turned me away at the door at 5:30 and had an awful attitude, it only takes 5-10 minutes to cut my hair. guess I'll be finding somewhere else to get haircuts from now on
Called for information on services and I was told they were already closed and I stated that I was just asking if they offered hot towel shaves too and she couldn't understand me and I feel her Hispanic accent was the reason so I gave up and will go elsewhere where they understand better English.
