Signature nails and spa in Ellijay, GA

In town visiting so went in for mani& pedi. We had a good experience and happy with service. They were fast and did full service in 1hour, 4 ladies helping 2 of us. I think $100+tip for gel mani&pedi is really high, because i pay $75+tip back home. Is the reason - They were nice and had conversations with us, and yes they do speak in their native language when talking to each other. (That seems normal to me tho, some people may feel weird/uncomfortable about that). They had lots of colors and options (regular polish, gel ,dip) to choose from. I like that they have new and comfortable Masage pedicure chairs.

So.....I'm not one to put out a bad review but, I think it is necessary when the tech. has a bad attitude and when management will not listen and talks over you. I drew the not so pleasant Donna today. Worst pedi I have ever had. This must of been her all time best at 23 minute from start to finish. Not so careful with the clippers, as I winced with involuntary movements and kindly asked her to be careful as she told me to relax! Thank goodness no blood was drawn. I even asked her manager to tell her to be careful. Next the cheese grater, one more swipe and the heel of my foot would be shredded. Once again, I had to ask her to stop. Then, as she pulled the cuticle clippers out and so carefully moved them around but did not trim my cuticles. Thank goodness almost done. On my way out, I mentioned to the not so attentive mgr. Jenny, that my experience was not relaxing or in anyway good. She did not listen, kept interrupting me and just blabbed on. Jenny said she saw Donna do a good job, really? The manager had her face in her phone the whole time. Well, I learned my lesson I should have got up and collected my things and left. Bad customer service and terrible business practices. Most definitely will not be back.

Very snotty to me. I asked to have cuticles cut more and a better shape and Jessica said "this how we do". What happened to customer service? Needless to say skip on to the next place

This was a charming little spot. I would definitely recommend stopping in when you need your nails done, the workers are nice and they did a good job. They seemed to push to add things every now and then and ended up adding a random service to me and my sisters gel manicures. I wasn't sure why other than I guess they just thought we needed it. They did let me know beforehand so I guess I could have told them no. Who knows. Anywho besides that this was a good place and I would recommend it.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and had to still wait. I had a pretty good pedicure, then I slipped in a puddle of water wearing the disposable flip flops they give you. after falling they did not seem to be very concerned. I had to have my toes touched up. My $75 dip powder manicure left me with two very crooked nails and two bleeding fingers. The service was very rushed. I definitely do not mind paying good money for a good service, but I was very disappointed in what I got for a total of $120 plus tip. I have messaged the business twice with no response. And they are already coming off after only 2 days!!
