Tried for the first time for nail dip service and Got a sloppy work done corners of nails missing dip when I showed her a few that she missed she tried to cut the corner of my nail instead of buffing and re dip it I stopped her because it hurt as I found a few more nails the same I was over it at that point she did not clean my cuticles properly either and she then applied oil on my hands without asking to cover the dryness on cuticles not happy with that either however I love doing my own nails and pedi but sometimes the lack of time or energy forces me to let someone else do it for me highly disappointed at this place I just purchased led lamp gel nail polish and a few kits for nail dip very affordable cheaper than what I paid for a sloppy service at this place I will do it at home from now on I will save $$ & disappointments and i wanted to give it a try but I give it a 1 review in my book I do a better job. Never again!
I had a pedicure and a gel pedicure. Everything was rushed.; there is no pause to remove the cuticle. The "massage" was a figment of my imagination. Boda bing, boda bang... onto the next step. This is the first gel pedicure I had. Again rushed. The next day I had one chipped nail. The following day two more. 5 days later, there was a wide area between the gel and the cuticles. I've not had a gel pedicure before but I won't pay NY Nails for another opportunity to do mine again. I'm sure some one else in Williamsburg does a much better job
This is my go to spot to get my nails and feet done! I have been to several in town and NY Nails is the best. I get my nails done regularly and they are always flawless. I like unique nails with designs and I am always impressed with the outcome. My tween daughters occasionally go with me and the staff always gives them A+ treatment and makes them feel special. Highly recommend

NY Nails is fantastic! Phoebe always knocks it out if the park with my nail designs. I get comments everywhere I go. My lady acrylic set lasted 3 weeks and I'm hard on my nails. I highly recommend coming to NY Nails!
