Since moving to Williamsburg, this is my go-to place for pedicures. The salon is very clean, and they are following COVID prevention measures. The technicians are friendly and my pedicures have been excellent. They are also well-priced and don't try to push other services. I saw the reviews about animals in the past, but there was no evidence of pets in the shop. Highly recommend!
I am visiting from out of town and needed one of my natural nails repaired. I took a chance and dropped by and even though I did not have an appointment-- they were able to get me in an help me out. Everyone was so nice and accommodating-- band they did a GREAT JOB. The place was very clean and all of the protective measures were in place. Thank you again-- if I lived here I would definitely go back!
Walked in at 10 am one person was in the chair tried to get pedi's for me and 2 friends was told to come back in 2 hours even though there were 2 other workers with no customers. When asked for a recommendation for another shop the worker's attitude changed and not in a good way would not recommend
Very clean salon and doing everything right as far as lowering the chance of spreading Covid-19. Very pleasant people. My boyfriend got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure. We were both happy with our services
My first time going I had a full set and just needed a fill in. The tech Amber filed down my acrylic which made the acrylic thinner and fragile. Within one day my nails started to chip, break and gel polish started to peel off. So I have no nails (bit them off) and lost my $35 plus 18% tip. Been getting my nails done since 1992 this was the first time my nails didn't last a week.
