T & D Nail Salon in Syracuse, NY

Today was my first appointment at T&D nail salon, but my Mother in Law has been going to them for 25+ years! This was also my sister's first time having a mani and pedi so it was kind of a special day. I have to say that they were awesome!!!! One of the friendliest nail salons that I have ever been to! The pedicure was excellent! I have had pedicures at several salons, Miracle Nails and Innovations were a couple, this pedicure was better than the pedicures I had at either salon. I have very thin short nails and am attending an event this weekend. I asked about a french manicure. Lynh assured me this would be possible. I have to say, I am so pleased with the results! She did a beautiful job! My sister had Sy do her manicure and her nails were gorgeous! She has always had beautiful long nails, but she could not stop looking at her nails once they were done. Yes, you can get a good mani and pedi at other places, but the people here make you feel like you are an old friend right away! I would not go anywhere else! I hope that they can see this review so I can thank them again!

Two stars for the pedicure, which was good. The manicure was a disaster. I went for powder/dip nails which I love because they are indestructible. Not at this place. Sy did the manicure, and they began to blister, crumble, and peel off even before I left the salon. The ladies were very nice and professional, but this guy just wanted to argue with me that it was somehow my fault. It wasn't, and I'm tired of people just refusing to take responsibility and then try to charge me the full amount. I've been getting these manis for years at other places all over NY, and never had any issue. I paid $50 instead of the $70 as a compromise, because the lady who did the pedicure really did a great job, but looking at the nails today I don't even think I should have paid that much. The lady offered to fix my nails, to be fair, but I did not have more time to hang around and had to go back to work. I called the next day to see if they could fix it then, but they said they had no availability. I would stay away from this place if you like to get dip/powder manicures.

Such a great nail salon. Everyone there is INCREDIBLY friendly, and they did a great job on mine and my mom's nails. And then I took my2 gal pals to get pedicures and they went above and beyond any pedi I've ever gotten!

Got my first pedicure done here with two of my friends and will be coming back. They were very accommodating when my friend added me to the reservation and super friendly the entire time. My friend also gets her acrylics done here and they do excellent work. Very COVID compliant; temperature checks and large plexiglass dividers.

Love this place. Great manicures and pedicures. Quiet, clean.and friendly. They don't try to sell you extra services.
