My house had just burn't down last friday and I didn't get the chance to call and cancel my appointment so they called me and asked if I was gonna be able to make it. When i said no one of the workers proceeded to cuss me out and told me I needed to call 24 hours before. I also had an appointment for tomorrow but I decided that this is not a good environment to spend my money at. If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. I will never be going back to this place again,and yes she called again last night to ask if i was making a complaint well guess what the answer is YESSSSS!!!!!

First time I went--excellent experience. Anxious to go again next time I was in Dothan. Big mistake and waste of money. Polish chipped within a few hours. Pedicurist dug under my big toe. It was painful, but I am a long distant runner, so giving me a pedicure is a challenge. Later in the evening it started hurting more. Today it is worst. Haven't put in in a shoe yet and worry to do so. Will take off the 30.00 w/tip polish to see what's going one. Worry of infection. Spend $150. To do a 12 hour run next Friday in memory of Sept. 11th and it's victims. At this point, I have deep concerns about being able to get my foot in a running shoe,
