The professionalism and hospitality at this location has always been outstanding. They've always taken good care of me. The attention to detail for any nail art I have requested has been impressive every time. Staff is very friendly. The establishment is clean and organized every time I'm getting services. I have never had to wait for a chair. Excellent place all around!
The customer service is really good! I had 2 nails chip and they fixed them super fast, at no charge! Overall they look cute and the nail techs do a good job and don't over file
I have been going to NT nails for years and always get my nails done by Kelly. She is consistent with her work, meticulous and always provides exceptional service. I have tried other salons in the past and find myself underwhelmed by the quality and service. I highly recommend NT nails! Be sure to make an appointment if you're limited on time but they do walk ins also. Their other technicians are very kind and provide great service, too!
Have been. Coming to this location on McHenry for over 3 years now and continue to have excellent service s every time. My go-to gal is Kelly but I have used others when Kelly wasn't available and they all do a great job. The atmosphere is usually relaxing unless someone decides to have a full on phone conversation out loud but otherwise very comfortable. The pedicure chairs are delightful and relaxing. The salon is clean too. Highly recommend this location!!!
I've been a fan of NT Nails for years as they have plenty of locations to choose from and great people at each spa location but the one I've been going to lately has been my favorite because Tiffany has moved here. This is the NT on McHenry, near Safeway. I had a nail that continually broke straight down the middle and Tiffany was the only one that worked with it and didn't just cover it. It was a long process and now it is once again a healthy, happy nail and I am a happy customer. Although I am particular to Tiffany for her patience and humor...the women are all very sweet and seem gentle as well. Hope this has been helpful!
