I love coming here to NT. I've been coming here since I moved to Modesto, and I've had a great experience every time. Every technician I've had has always made me feel welcome and they pay attention to detail. I'm always greeted by someone and usually helped right away. Lately, I've been getting my nails done by Julie and she's amazing! I recommend making an appointment, which you can do online.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My friend and I tried this place for the first time the Floyd location has always been good so I thought this one would be also but NO! See our toes? $53! Plus $5 to remove old gel polish. This was the #4 peraffin deluxe was supposed to be 40 minutes I was done in 30 and they just had us sit before sending us to pay in front. Each work time stamps when they are starting and finishing their work on you, and they started the clock on us as soon as we walked in the door so the few minutes we both used to use the bathroom came out of the pedicure time that isn't right. They didn't scrub much skin/ callous off or clean up skin around the toes. It supposedly came with massages and they did it so quickly I don't remember when they even did it! They didn't ask if the hot towel was ok before wrapping my legs it was to hot, my friend had the same experience with not having her feet scrubbed good and when she tried to ask for her big toe cut down more the lady just lightly filed it when she asked for it to be cut down. We felt so rushed and there wasn't a line and they had lots of workers so no reason to hurry. When paying the man asked how everything went and I told him everything said above and he got so offended and defensive like they didn't do anything wrong. He said ok I'll give you both $5 off but then said to my friend oh well you haven't said anything wrong with your so actually I'll only discount one pedi even though I told the man WE BOTH didn't like it and told him BOTH of our issues. My friend walked out it and we ended up paying $103 dollars for us to both leave pissed and not happy. Some may say I shouldn't have paid and walked out but what goes around comes around and they will receive their bad karma. You'll see from our pictures how ugly our toes stayed after. The only one thing I would give them credit for is it's nice and looks clean, other than that it's a NO FOR ME...

Ben and Trish had did my friend and my pedicures today. They did an amazing job! So nice and relaxing. We did the CBD pedicure, it was amazing as always. I have been coming to this location for quite sometime. I would recommend asking for them when coming because the massage is wonderful. Thank you so much. Also if you're going to get nails done. Julie is your girl! She is absolutely amazing! Her nails are so beautiful and are perfect each time. She free-hands her work! I highly recommend her!
