Went in today to get my 2 year old son a haircut. He's usually good with haircuts. We used to take him to a place with a car chair, but that closed down. So we decided to try scores since they have a car chair. Right when we got in there the guy was pretty nice. Older guy with long hair. But my son wasn't wanting to get a haircut, and my son kept pointing out the car chair. I asked can we try that one? And he said he's too big for it. It's not bolted down. I looked at reviews and people have their 4 and 5 year olds in the chair, but my 2 year old who's less than 30 lbs can't? Makes no sense. If you are going to promote a car chair. And then get irritated when I try my son a second time to get in the chair. Like If he didn't want to move all his clippers why doesn't he just say? Not coming back to here again.
Jessica did a great job with my son who's 3 and on the spectrum. She works on weekends and they have the car chair there. Haircuts are usually a close to impossible thing. My son did pretty good with her and she did a very nice boy cut for my son.
Never again. I've taken my son here a few times and Heather has cut his hair (5 stars for her she is amazing) but I recently went when my sons hair was getting too long and it was a day that she wasn't there. An older man with long hair and a bear cut my sons hair and completely butchered it. He has a simple little boy comb over.... and he turned it into the worst hair cut I had ever seen. All sides of his hair were different lengths and the front pieces of his combover looked like jacked up bangs. I cried. And took him to a barber shop the next day to have them clean up the mess. NEVER AGAIN.
Worst haircut. Waste of time and money. Asked for side fade but bad experience. Only ONE STAR for Jessica.
