I have been a client for several years. I needed to cancel my appointment, due to an extenuating work situation. I contacted the studio immediately, which was 10 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. I rescheduled online only to receive a phone call from the receptionist asking for my credit card number. She stated that if I cancelled again they would charge me 50%. She stated they are enforcing a cancellation policy. She stated that I cancelled, less than 24 hrs prior to appointment, twice in the past 5 yrs. Needless to say I will no longer be utilizing services provided by Nostalgia. Loved my stylists...Marissa and Naomi if you leave to work somewhere else please let me know! Can't wait for Ultimate Salon and Spa to hang their sign!
WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!! Got my hair done here by a newer employee, she did a great job on the color. A senior hair sytlist (Wendy) told me, "your hair is thick, you need layers" I told her I don't really want layers and I HATE short layers. She then proceeded to take my stylists scissors and cut off 4 inches from the top layer of my hair, and told the my stylist to "blend". I left leaving almost in tears with this horrible cut, CAUTION IF GOING HERE!! ** They also blocked/deleted my last review I put on here about 2 weeks ago (sketchy)!!!
