Would not go anywhere else in Winona for a cut. Cheapest prices in town and they do a good job most of the time. Had way too many poor cuts at the Cost Cutters on the other side of town. Helpful tip: They only accept cash AND Try to get one of the younger stylists, the older one screwed up a bit.
