Went in to get my ends bleached and colored purple. The first time I went it turned out fine but after I got home and took out the style she put in I found out that an ENTIRE SECTION IN THE FRONT WASNT COLORED. I called and got in again to get it fixed. The manager re did it except now it's blue and doesn't match the purple. After that appointment I realized that another section wasn't colored right. I have black hair so it's very easy to see where they missed the color as it's an ugly brown color. Needless to say: I will never return for a color here and they need to re-learn how to do hair.
I took my 2 young kids here for haircuts today - my daughter is 3 1/2 and LOVES getting her haircut, and the stylist who cut hers was wonderful with making her feel special and letting her be involved in the process - they even let her pick out a color streak for her hair and sprayed glitter over her at the end. Her haircut looks nice but more importantly she had a blast and can't wait to go back. My son who's almost 2 was getting his hair cut for the first time and was a bit more trouble - needed to sit in my lap, moved around quite a bit, cried the last few minutes, etc - but I never felt like I shouldn't have brought him. His hair looks great and very even despite how often he was moving when the stylist was cutting. They both got suckers and bouncy balls at the end and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for 2 kids haircuts - very reasonable. All that to say, I will definitely bring them back the next time we need haircuts!
I was recently married and had my bridesmaids go to this salon on the day of my wedding. Two hours later three of my bridesmaids hair were falling out. One which did not look anything like she wanted in fact it looked like shit. For their hair to be falling out two hours after they were at a professional salon is ridiculous. I will never go there again
