This is my go-to place for nail dipping! I have been to several places in Winona and LaCrosse and had varying issue. Tammy at Luxury Nails does a far superior job. She takes natural nail shape into account and is detailed in her work. My nails have never looked better! Salon is clean, well decorated and very comfortable.
I went there to get gel manicure and pedicure. It has not even been 4 days and the gel has peeled off in one piece on most of my nails. Gel manicure is supposed to last for at least two weeks and not peel off in one piece. My nails don't even look like they got done. I am very disappointed in their service

Less than 2 weeks after having a full set put on, I have one nail left. Two nails popped off after a couple of days and the rest followed day by day. I have had acrylic for years and I know how to take care of them. The salon is 2.5 hours away so going back is not convenient. The salon was clean and the nail tech was pleasant. My daughter also had a full set put on and her nails still look nice.
I've been here twice and both times have been extremely disappointed. I get a full set of acrylics and every time she argues with me about something as though I don't know what I'm talking about. Both times I've spent over $65 on a full set and have had them break or fall off within a day or two. I got mine done a week ago and have already lost 3 without even realizing it. When I went in to get one fixed she told me it was my fault that it broke and that It wasn't because of how she did it and she wanted me to pay for her to fix it. A brand new set should not pop off when taking a load of laundry out of the dryer. They are not done well and break way too easy and are not shaped well enough to be $65.
