I absolutely would not recommend and I will not be back. I was rushed through a manicure and pedicure I paid ( and tipped) well for. I asked for a dip manicure and a pedicure. I received both in 50 minutes. I did NOT receive a dip manicure, but rather a gel manicure. The gentleman was obviously intent on getting me in and out as quickly as possible. He proceeded with what he wanted to do rather than listening to what I wanted/needed. He half filed my feet, leaving rough places that I had to try to fix when I got home. I went back in tonight after work to get a nail fixed that had already chipped within a day. The gentleman looked at it, took me back and proceeded to file on a different nail and laugh. I would not encourage anyone try it

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Be sure to watch out because they will charge you for things you said no to, and will become very rude when you mention it when you're checking out. Outrageous prices for horrible service and even worse attitudes. If I could give zero stars I would.

My daughter went in for a fill-in and repair of two nails. She didn't get them too long, coffin shape which was already on her existing set, no jewels or anything fancy just pink polish which they pushed her to do gel for $15 more then told her to choose metallic and she said no and he pushed on how nice it would be. Finally she said does it cost extra and he said no! Needless to say her nails are not even. He ruined the shape of a few of them and charged her for a full set with upgrade because of the metallic polish! $90 for this service. Luckily I had stars because she and I had both been customers and it took it down to $77. Needless to say I did not leave a tip and we will NEVER go back! This is not the first time they have overcharged both of us but it is the last!

My 10 year old daughter was just given a "full set" when her father took her for a surprise manicure. Both assumed she was getting the child's "10 and under manicure" because she is a 10 YEAR OLD CHILD!!! When asked if she wanted a full set she thought it meant they painted all the nails the same. When I saw what had happened I took her back and demanded they be removed and that I be provided a full refund. I asked that her nails be redone with the child's gel manicure. I received the refund and gladly paid for the new (age appropriate) manicure. I thought the issue was resolved until the lady that redid her nails (blue streaks in hair and very very rude) blamed me for the situation. Apparently I should have been with her and prevented the situation from happening. How can I prevent something I didn't know was happening?! This business took advantage of my child and my husband who clearly didn't know what was being asked. It doesn't take a genius to know that children do not typically get a "full set" . Why offer a child's manicure option if it is normal for girls this age to get acrylic nails!?!?' If I could give 0 stars I would.

I don't like giving bad review's seriously this is my first bad review My nail technician was very rude. He left me for my nails to air dry. After 20 minutes I finally got up and left. He could've as most do checked my nails to see if dry and told me they were good and have a nice day or even kiss my a.. He definitely needs some customer service skills. He never looked at me nor said a word when I tried to speak except repeat rudely what nail polish I wanted. Only interaction from him was jerking my finger and said relax rudely.
