If you had a bad experience in the past, please let me give it a shot call and make an appointment with me. Or one of the other girls. We would be happy to have you. Color,cuts,perms,highlight, wax just call.
They state they welcome walk-ins. Apparently that is not the truth. I walked in 2 hours before closing time. It was seemingly not busy in there. I was told they could not serve me at this time. I would not recommend.
I saw Talia at Cost Cutters yesterday. She is so pleasant and does a great haircut, too! The shop seemed very clean and the atmosphere was really nice. I am pleased to recommend both Talia and Cost Cutters to others in the community.
I have been going to the Cost Cutters on Euclid Ave. for more than 15 years. Melissa the manager is wonderful! I think that people get the impression that Cost Cutters is just a quickie chop shop; that couldn't be further from reality. All the staff are required to continue education while employed there and they are trained on current techniques. Melissa is very talented with color. She took my very dark brunette hair to a beautiful natural healthy looking blonde. I've been blonde for about 4 years now and it looks great. She is great about making suggestions for you based on what will best flatter you. She is the only hair dresser that I would ever sit down and say, "do what ever you want" A great place to get your brows waxed as well. Go. Ask for Melissa. Save a few bucks. You will leave happy, & if you don't leave happy.....speak up.....tell her and she will make it right.
