Sadly, I left equally disappointed. When I mentioned that my nails were too wide, the technician insisted they were straight. My advice: avoid this place!

I had a bad experience at Noire Nail Salon in Leland NC. I asked for powder polish to be removed followed with only regular nail polish manicure. I have had my nails done professionally over 40 yrs. Thus process should take at most an hour. The girl took over 1-1/2 hrs. My nails showed ridges and the polish showed as two colors. I still gave a generous tip. But when I returned to explain my deep dissatisfaction and ask for a partial refund, the owner was called. He hung up on my phone call. I waited a long time being ignored before the girl agreed to redo my polish. This was the most unprofessional, rude treatment I've ever found by a business with no regard for customer service. This is a warning.
