Unclean facility, male technician used his thumbnail to scrap excess polish off of my nails. The counter for manicure had clipped nails left on it and dirty cloths; floors disgusting.
When I called to make an appointment, they said they did Dip nails, but when I went there, I was told they don't and was talked into an acrylic nail. Very unhappy.
My husband and I went in on a Friday morning just after they opened to get pedicures. They were pretty busy, but they were able to get us right in. The pedicures were good. I then decided to go ahead and get a gel manicure too. I like this place because it didn't take forever to get my nails and toes done. They were friendly, but not too chatty. I'm very satisfied with the results of my manicure and the pedicures as well as the cost of $95. We will be back again.
I moved to the area in 2013. I have went here off and on since then. the last time I went Kim and the gentleman that works were arguing back and forth while he did my nails. I had a close friend come in that day while he was working on me. Kim shewed him away and he started a pedi on my friend. One of my nails didn't come out great but I needed to get in the road. After I left my friend heard the gentleman talking about her legs. And was laughing. Kim is still denying this happened. like just apologize for what happened and how it was handled. I'm not planning on going back wit which is unfortunate since they are so close to my house. Body shaming is not okay. I will continue to spread the word about your customer service.
Nobody is lying or spreading false information. Your establishment is very unprofessional, and you find humor in body shaming. I did not receive the full spa pedicure. There was no massage. No hot stones. None of that!!! Which i paid for!!! I need a refund!!! Bad service. Lost potential customers and other customers that have been coming to you! Right is right, and wrong is wrong. Stop trying to say it was a misunderstanding of a communication barrier. I understand body language, and the body shaming english you and the male spoke!!! Deserve no stars!!! Looking at your reveiws it is becoming a proven fact you have horriable customer service skills, and your estblishment is far from state board clean.
