the staff was nice but the lady who did my mani/ pedi is beyond rough. like it was painful. she literally scratched my legs! it hurt! she massaged my hand with a painful force! My nails didn't last as long as other local salon. but the pain was bad, like smiling through the pain. She thought this was a good service.
Horrible quality of work and the gentleman that did my nails energy was just as bad. Never again.
I only stayed as long as I did because of my nail tech, Julie. But this salon has gone through 3 owners since I've been going there (12 years) and these last have been absolutely awful. They treat the girls terribly, are rude to customers and blatantly lie over phone and in person about wait times and prices. I called today and was told Julie was gone- when I asked where she went they refused to answer and hung up on me.
NEVER GO HERE!!! I made an appointment ahead of time and I was rushed and was 1000000% UNSATISFIED with my nails. I asked them to keep the square shape of my toes and trim them and he cut them so short and shaped them horribly. I made them add acrylic to my big toes after they trimmed them too short but the rest of my toes look terrible and way too short. Then my acrylic fill in was rushed and done poorly. My nails look chunky and there's bubbles in the gel polish and it is just terrible. I wish I would give 0 stars bc they don't even deserve 1 star. I absolutely refused to pay for my pedicure and left very distraught and upset that my toe nails are short and ugly for my vacation and the nails are not done good either but I'm just so upset over the awful pedicure that it ruined my entire day I hate the nails too tho. The nails look sloppy and not done nice and where the polish meets my cuticles is sloppy.
