Absolutely loved this place! I've been to almost every nail salon in Norman and this is by far the best! I got a the 24 Karat Gold Pedicure and a full set. They listened to what I wanted and were very attentive. Quality customer service! If you are in a rush, this may not be your spot- they took their time and made sure everything was perfect and I was happy! Steven was the best!
Great service. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait for the workers to begin my nails. The only issue was while getting my nails done, the worker had cut my cuticle, and it wouldn't stop bleeding. She then proceeded to dab the wound with cuticle oil and put the brush back into the bottle clearly with my blood on it. After it continued bleeding, she put nail glue on the wound to stop it. I wasn't planning on writing a review because the nails still turned out great, but I wanted to let anyone know because I found this extremely unsanitary on the worker's part. If you care about the cleanliness of nail salons, I would not go to Noir Nail Salon.
This is my second visit since I live in Arizona and only come here when I am in town. Being from Scottsdale where we have some of the most elite nail salons, I can tell you this is one of THE BEST I've ever been to! Great and friendly service; clean; comfortable massage chairs; good music; very pretty. Oh and the nail service is exceptional! So thorough and precise! I didn't get gel this time as I'm giving my nails a break from that for a while, but still an amazing job!

This establishment is not only beautiful, it also has great customer service.. This nail salon is fairly new & it is simply incredible! If you are looking to have a girls day out or some relaxing me time, I recommend Noir..
