Seriously don't go here. I got acrylics and have been trying to remove them and it has been impossible. I have buffed, filed, and soaked in 100% acetone now for 3 hours. Did some research and found out they used mma acrylic which is illegal.
I hate to give a one star. I rarely EVER do it.
Let's start with a compliment: The older guy was super nice and they offer complimentary drinks (wine, and soda).
Needs improvement: Communication to the customers. The wait was beYOND way TOO long. We were put in the chairs to soak our feet and asked if we wanted drinks and then left in the chairs for THE LONGEST time. So long that we had to leave.
Just communicate that you can't handle anymore customers at the moment.
I wouldn't go back here.
Walked in there was 3 customers and she said they was to busy and can't help me.. not it will be 10 mins or whatever just flat out no. Rude spot
So frustrating! My biggest pet peeves all rolled Into one place! First, they make you sit for over 20 minutes thinking they'll get right to you. Then it was non stop talking to each other. Non stop. Lastly, she put so many layers on my nails that even after an hour I'm messing them up because they are still wet. And $25 for a change of color
They did such an amazing job! I got dip nails with tip and they were such efficient and looked absolutely amazing when they were done. My only complaint is it took a while to get a seat but I also didn't make an appointment so it's partially my own fault. Definitely recommend!
