My friend invited me to go get a haircut with her because she said she was leaving Walmart and a nice lady walked up to her and said 'let me cut your hair for you for $20'. We had a 4pm appointment she was not there.... Ok things happen I understand BUT when the stylist asks what you want and you don't receive it I can't defend that. I wear my hair short and curly emphasis on CURLY naturally. I asked for a tapered cut. She proceeds to take the clippers and in upward motion shave my head. I knew it was too late to protest so I let her continue. After destroying my hair she washed it, put conditioner in then sat me under the dryer for 45 minutes!!! Remember my hair is now a Buzz cut!!! Sadly I left the salon with a hat on. I gave 3 STARS because I had a great time the stylist was funny but dismissive. I wish things had gone better. I will never return
Excellent!! Wendy knew just what to do to add more color to my hair and it looks so good, I am really loving this right out of the salon. It was a complicated color bc I already had color on and so it wasn't easy, but Wendy did a really nice job and the results look amazing so thank you so much.
