Premium Nails & Spa in Charlotte, NC

I been going to the same place for over 10 yrs.   She was not available .   So I decided to try Premium Nails what a costly and painful mistake.  My nail beds became very infected on my first visit!   Would not recommend

I was told this was my fault because I didn't place my hands under the light fully. The first day 2 coats were applied the second day 1 coat and within a few hours each time ripples and subsequent peeling. The reason for this I was told was the gel polish is a dark color and thick consistency and only 1 coat was needed.

This place was recommended to me by a co workers wife. I've gone to them about 3 times and the experiences have been ok in a sense that they get the job done.
This most recent time,  I went was on a Saturday, I was told 4 times that I was almost next and called to sit at two different stations but got skipped over. I waited over two hours. I understand Saturdays are busy and in the past have made an appointment and left and came back. I offered to do that this time and again was told I was next so continued to wait. My biggest complaint though is the fact that my brand new set of nails lasted no more than 5-6 days. By the 7th day 5 nails have popped off. Sunday the salon is closed according to the hours on Google. I called Monday to have them re done and have been told because I had them more than 3 days I would be charged for a completely new set. I have not done anything out of the ordinary to cause the nails to pop off and take part of my real nails with them... DO NOT  waste your money or time at the place for LOW Quality product/work.

Great experience! I was a walk in on Memorial Day afternoon and got a fill in, pedi, and brows.

Second time here today.

First time was on 5/13. I called before I came, easily made an appointment and was seated as soon as I got in. Amy did my nails that day. Sns with some designs. I'll add the photo the nails were orange and white. I also got a basic pedicure. Total for both services was $90.

Today 5/26 I again called before I came and Jay did my SNS. He was super cool to chat with and did a great job on my nails. Similar design as before but this time pink and white nails. I also did a polish change on my toes to match.  For the SNS with design and polish change it was $75.

I was offered something to drink and just chose water but I saw other customers had wine, mimosas etc.

The music was good. The first time I came it was hip hop today it was more alternative/pop.

There are plenty of stations for both pedicures and nails and tons of employees. I'd still recommend calling ahead to reserve your spot.

It's recommended that you pay in cash to avoid a service fee. They do have an atm inside. Tips are cash or cash app only.

Overall I like this spa. I've only been twice so far but both times I had a good experience and will be back.
