I was interested in trying a new nail salon in Wayne. When I called I was actually blown away by level of customer service. The woman I spoke to was so thorough and kind. I've never called a nail salon where they asked specifically what I was looking for with my nails and also stating the starting prices with out even asking. I got to my appointment early and was greeted by other nail techs while they were working. Which rarely happens at other places. My technician Lizzy was SO sweet and thorough as well. I got a full new set of gel tips and she went over my shape and I even showed her a picture which was from the Nisha Instagram page. She took her time and was very meticulous. I am extremely picky with my nails so I appreciated that. We had a lovely conversation about family and travel and what we've done over the summer. I was impressed with my nail shape, evenness (my biggest focus) and the nail art. I got a marbled effect and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I heard the owner say that she's heard people think they are expensive. I paid $90 full set almond shape and the nail art. I paid the exact amount at my old place so I don't think at all that they are expensive. Just the going rate. I prebooked my next appointment and can't wait to go back!

Couldn't believe they denied a 10 minute service of just removing acrylics an hour before closing with two workers and one customer saying they're busy?
Since I moved to Wayne I've been looking for a place that gives outstanding pedicures... I read previous reviews thar say this place is a little costly so I figured it must be the best... unfortunately I was somewhat disappointed. It was a good pedicure but very costly.. wouldn't expect to pay these prices for the services received. My pedicure came out great but when I woke up the next morning my polish was all messed up- apparently the polish did not dry well from the day before. I came to get it fixed that morning and found out that they are closed on Sunday's... so I rushed over after work on Monday to get it fixed around 4:30 and was surprised to find the door locked and an employee inside cleaning who would not even come to the door to find out what I needed and just put her hand up to her ear that I need to call-- even though it's posted that they are open until 6:00. So I walked back to my car to call and was asked to come back on Wednesday to get it fixed... which I was shocked by because this is now 4 days later just to get polish fixed. Upon returning, my pedicure was not even fixed well- she did not even remove the polish to fix it.. just painted another layer over and a layer of top coat. Very disappointed, especially paying $36 + tip for a regular pedicure. Unfortunately still on the hunt for the best pedi in Wayne.
