My favorite salon! Have been coming Here for years and their pedicures are the best !

I got cut in three different places . It's been three days and I'm still in pain. I hope it's not infected ! The worker never apologized to me and when I told her she hurt me she just put alcohol on it(which hurt even more but I was thankful) I hope someone trains her because what she did wasn't sanitary and I went there to relax and came out feeling tense and in pain till this day :(

Avoid wayne valley nails salon as they only do nails for those they like. If you're hispanic they don't look at you with good eyes. I was not done a design by Michael when i got a gel manicure only because he was not in the mood tp do a little design on a ring finger nail. Stay away and find another salon near by where your business are appreciated.

what a horrible experience!!! i had an appointment for a regular pedicure, I arrived a little early. Once seated in the pedicure chair all hell breaks loose. water from the pedicure water bath was leaking everywhere. My pedicure just started and water was around the pedicure chair and the surrounding floor. While all this chaos is going on, the woman performing the pedicure seemed to be clueless.. she kept proceeding with the pedicure like it was normal. I had to ask her to stop I felt unsafe & uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to another pedicure chair & start the pedicure all over. However, the women preforming the pedicure refused to fill the new pedicure bath with water & start the pedicure over. why i have no idea. at this point i have had enough. This was not a spa treatment. I paid the woman $27.00 & left the salon. I would NEVER go to Wayne Nails again. That is NOT how you treat a customer.

I've gone to this nail salon a handful of times simply because it's conveniently located near my work. Well, today I gave it one last shot and safe to say I will not be back. Do yourself a favor and find another salon that's not only cleaner and has more experienced employees, but overall has basic customer service skills. I attempted to get a regular pedicure (which has taken 30 minutes max during my prior visits) on a Thursday night at 6:30. I walked in, and maybe 8 other customers were being serviced; however, apparently it was "too late" and they were "already cleaning up" (one woman sweeping in the corner). I clarified with an employee that they close at 7:30 (1 HOUR FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN), and she confirmed and still said it was too late. Ive tried avoiding writing bad reviews after my prior experiences where my nails were cut so low that they bled, but being turned away an hour before closing time (when my schedule is limited enough to begin with) was the icing on the cake for me. Clearly they don't care about your business regardless of Covid being a set back, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
