I never have a long wait because I check in ahead of time. I go to Jessica and she is professional, takes her time and my favorite thing... she never tries ti sell me anything. I've been to fancy spas for hair so my expectation isn't that when I come here. This is a strip mall "Great Clips," and I am pleased for what it is.
We get our sons hair cut here out of convenience. I would not recommend this great clips to anyone. The staff is rude and unfriendly. Every visit we have had the staff have either complained about the number of people coming in, the hours they have to work, being short staffed, or bad mouthing their fellow employees. We won't be back.
Two visits. Two subpar experiences. Between the lackluster haircuts and cold, unfriendly attitudes here, this is the worst Great Clips salon I've set foot in. I won't be back!
I had a quick 5 minute wait, and was greeted as soon as I arrived, and was told how long my wait would be. The woman who cut my hair was very sweet, personable and I would definitely be back to see her again. They do a great job, and it's affordable for someone like me on a budget. No complaints here!
