Natural Nails in Sewell, NJ

Apt was for 12:30 , i got there at 12:25 for a pedicure and manicure and waited till 1:05 to be seated in the chair , after being seated for my pedicure i waited another 20 minutes. He was so rough on my toes and my polish was see through when done. On top of the fact nothing at all was sanitized or came from a warmer, after he was done with my toes he took the same tools and threw them into the drawers for the next client. When it came to my nails , it seemed he had no idea what he was doing. He didn't ask me what shape i wanted and nearly cut my nails off after i wanted them long. He then sliced my finger open with the nail filer and didn't clean any of those products after. It was so bad i ended up walking out before i was even finished. and that was 3 1/2 hours later.

I love this salon! I've never had a negative experience. Great customer service, good prices, and friendly staff. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. Wonderful foot/leg massage during my pedicure too! Highly recommend.

I've been coming to this place for years ! There prices are really reasonable and the staff is really nice and friendly. They don't take along time to do your nails and they really do a good job!

I usually don't write reviews but my experience was horrible! I was looking for a new nail salon in the area, and I thought I'd give this one a try because it was near one of my errands that day. Wish I just waited to go to my normal salon in maple shade. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I picked out a color for my pedicure and just assumed I'd pick a gel color for my manicure later. The lady (I assume is one of the owners) insisted my nails match, even though I told her I wanted two different colors. She took the color I picked out for my pedicure and started showing me other colors. I asked for more than just the one sample of gel colors she gave me and picked out a new color. The pedicure was fine until the massage consisted of scratching my legs. I couldn't wait until it was over! Once I got to the gel manicure, it was even worse. The refill was laid on so thick and he buffed the nail to the point where I bled on almost every single cuticle. This is shown in the picture and it still is there almost four days after my manicure. I also tried making small talk with the person doing my manicure saying I just bought a house in the area and he proceeded to ask how much I paid. I felt really awkward the entire time! The only positive is that I ended up loving the color and the prices were cheap. You get what you pay for.

I have been coming to Tom and Kathy for 10 years now and I am so happy they opened their own nail salon! They are the nicest people ever and they always make sure people have the best experience. Just like any other place, sometimes my gel nails peel early (I'm in health care and wash my hands constantly) but if I go back with a problem they are more than happy to fix it! I always feel so welcomed and relaxed there. This will be my forever salon!
