Natural Nail & Spa in Victorville, CA

Came here for a pedicure and I got a lady that didn't speak a lick of English, which is fine because another lady was translating. I had her add some glitter on top of the regular color because it was dull. She added it all uneven and patchy and I was trying to tell her but they just started talking to each other in their language from across the room, as per usual. I asked her to hand me the polish so I can fix it myself and she would not. The other lady had to come and tell her how to fix it. She does a half ass fix, but I just wanted to get out of there because I had to be somewhere at 8. It was 730. She kept fanning my feet with a magazine for them to dry and walked away. After a few minutes she came to check and said they were done. As I put my sandles on, the slightest touch ruined my two big toe nails. She had to remove the entire polish of both toes and start over. When she was done, she started fanning my feet again. I asked the guy who was roaming around listening (assuming the owner) if they had the purple light machines for fast drying, because we now know the magazine fanning DID NOT WORK. He came back with a mini desk fan!! I asked again about the drying machines that nearly every salon has and he said they didn't have any. So he hands it to the lady. Now she's holding the fan over my feet. A few minutes later, she DROPS THE FAN ON MY LEFT BIG TOE AND RUINS THE POLISH AGAIN!!!!! I was so pissed because I've now run out of time and cannot stay for a 3rd go. Told her to take the polish off all my toes. She did. And they expected me to pay!!!!!!!!! I was leaving @ 747 to be somewhere at 8 with no polish except the outline residue!!!! Are u kidding me!!! You have to take accountability for your multiple screw-ups and me leaving with no polish!!! I left and the owner kept yelling at me saying don't come back. Why the FFFFF would I EVER wana come back to this dump!?!?! You ruined my evening!!!!

Very attentive people there. They make sure you feel special. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a "nice" experience for couples, grand daughters or self love day.

Please don't waste your time at this salon. A family member was visiting me during the holidays and I recommend this salon that I've been frequenting for about 9 months. The glitter color that was put on her thumbs had to be redone twice while she was there. The tech told her it was the light. Ok, if that's the case you need a better solution. She had to go back later the same evening for a repair. Shortly after it was coming off again. She stayed an extra day just to go back for "the same repair". The tech was asked to put glue on the nails before the glitter, but she refused. It started peeling off again within a couple hours. Within the next few days, the nails started falling off from the new set gone just days before. We went back to the salon the following weekend to get the new set replaced but the tech wanted to do a $20 discount after she had been paid $125 for nails plus a $20 tip. That's $140 freaking dollars. How do you justify charging someone again but taking only $20 off. I don't know anywhere that is logical!!! In short, I asked if someone can fix her nails, I'll pay for it & my family, friends or associates will NEVER COME AGAIN. Itd her I will Yelp & put up a protest sign telling people not to come here because if your nails fall off, they will charge you to put them back on because she doesn't have a picture for proof. The proof is two hands with no nails on them!!

Ann is great! I have been going to her for 5 years. She does my fills and pedicures. I always love the way my nails turn out. Shes always quick to schedule me in for an appointment. I do reccomment scheduling an appointment before going in.

I haven't been able to find a nail salon a truly love up here. I was referred by one of my coworkers to come here and I am not disappointed! I live clear across town in Apple Valley but the drive is totally worth it! My acrylics were thin and perfectly shaped! Usually they are thick and bulky. Thank you Anne!
