I e lived in the HD for 17 years and up until recently was still driving down the hill to get my hair done. I wish I had found Oasis sooner! The place is clean, nicely decorated and has friendly people working in the shop. Nazik does a fabulous job on my hair which I get colored and cut every 4-5 weeks. I can't say enough great things about her!
I called last week to make an appointment with Brittany but Nazik offered to do my hair. I was hesitant but she said she had 34-36 years of experience which I was like ok. I went in on Saturday for a balayage. I mentioned I had years that I dyed my hair black and didn't know until where my virgin hair was. We did a test strand and I understood some of my hair had to be cut off. I liked the hair color and she even curled my hair. On Monday morning I straightened my hair and load and behold my hair cut appeared like I had done it myself. I messaged her and she agreed to fix it. Went in again today Saturday and she just kept cutting and cutting until I had to stop her because it was not looking like I had initially requested which was face frame and long layers. I was so upset that I started crying in the salon. She said if I can come back on Monday to fix it because she had appointments. I did not agree but I had to leave and come back later on for another stylist to fix my hair cut because everyone was busy. I am so disappointed because there was no going back. my hair is now to my shoulders. It took me 2 years for my hair to grow and it is the reason why I asked for a balayage in the first place. If I knew my hair was going to be to my shoulders I would have asked for highlights starting from my roots. I feel like I waisted my money on my hair color due to cutting off so much now
I received a cute short cut and nice hair color from Brittany. She shared her ideas with me and was very nice and courteous. I showed her some cuts I liked for me too.
