Have been going here for 4+ years. It is under new ownership (prices have gone up a bit for pedicures) but everything is just as good as previous owner. I go to Holly for my pedicures and she is amazing.

The reviews are accurate. I came in at exactly noon. They said 5 minutes. At 12:25 they finally decided to start my pedicure. I was immediately told that if I wanted the 20% off, which is advertised on a sign outside for a grand opening special, it could only be applied to the more expensive pedicures. I didn't come in because of the 20% off but was annoyed with the false advertising. Pedicure was just okay. I will definitely not be back.

As my daughter and I walked into the shop, we were greeted and asked what did we need. I told her that I wanted a mani and pedi and my daughter only wants her nails polished. She then told me,"Sorry! We don't have time." It was 3pm at the time and only one woman was waiting to be serviced. I didn't make a big fuss or a scene, but I quietly walked out with my daughter in tow. I would rather that she offered me an appointment at a more convenient time for them or give me an approximate wait time. They do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, but I also can complain about a business' poor service. Well, I wasn't even served. This place won't ever get my money. However, I found another location across the street that had workers who were very "Pleasant" and helpful (Long Nail Spa). They even had a children's chair for mani/pedi's. I'll be going back to Long Nail Spa.

Came here based on reviews and sadly I didn't like it. I didn't like the way my mani/pedi came out. The lady who did my nails was nice but didn't do such a great job. She didn't clean my toes the way I asked her too and she scraped my nails so hard that they pulsated afterwards and hurt. Sadly I won't be returning

Incredibly Rude! I walked in at 3:30/4:00 and the workers just say "No, we're too busy" "Appointment" "Tomorrow is better". No one even helped me make an appointment. Why would anyone want to pay to get treated like that?
