Great Clips in Victorville, CA

Rude location they didn't want to work on my kids hair. I was asking this lady with lip fillers & red hair - didn't get her name, what she maybe THOUGHT my kid would look good in it like what type of hair Style.. aren't they supposed to have a consultation before going on to cutting. The lady was totally RUDE to us and told me she couldn't work nor fix her hair. She didn't want to do service with us . Said someone else can do it. Will sure then you won't get no tip, I'm honestly glad she didn't work with us afterall . The rudeness really ticked me off, I told my kid shortly after, let's just go, this place is not worth it. The service amongst the lady's is horrible. She told us That we would have to wait for someone else . And let me tell you , I had my FIVE MONTH BABY WITH ME. Getting fussy after waiting so long especially when we had an appointment so there was no point in staying. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! It's the worst with Rude stylists. Where was the manager??? I asked, everyone just looked at me and got back to what they were doing. And nobody does anything or says anything to us after is just pathetic honestly. There's no more to say. I wish I could give 0 stars if I didn't have to put 1. You get the memo. Next paragraph below is where we ended up going to fix my daughter's hair.10/10 recommendations. Believe it or not, the Supercuts in apple valley off bear valley. In front of homedepot is the location we ended up going to, had a consultation for her hair, gave recommendations, heard out what the stylist was saying & this other lady from that location fixed her hair & it looks amazing. She has a long bob with layers & bangs which looks simply amazing for her head shape as well. I recommend the Supercuts which I been to twice for my kids hair.

If you like cookie cutter cuts, you are in a hurry and don't care that you're going to get the cut that the stylist (used loosely) knows how to do. Can't say they are horrible. Each and every location is different, so I dont think I can honestly evaluate for great styles l, I can say they are good at cutting my boy's hair when they were younger. Short and sweet.

I believe when I got to the place the employees were probably fighting with each other. That is the only way to explain why the lady was so mean. I told her I feel like you're being very hostile and I do not feel comfortable. But part of my hair was already cut. All I can say is please be nice to people. It's not nice to go to a place that makes people feel bad.

Went in for a touch up on my haircut for a job interview since my normal barber was booked, but the skinny black chick "Leshawn" or whatever tf her name was that cut my hair FUCKED it up to the point i went elsewhere to get it fixed, and to top it off, she was rude as all hell. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE. Couldn't even touch up a basic high fade with no part on top correctly. And anywhere that lets their employees be that much of a cunt with the way they speak to customers is undoubtedly and undeniably an absolute joke.

Pretty standard Great Clips but the end result bumped this place up to 5 stars. Am I a "senior"? No. Did I ask for the "senior haircut"? No. Vivian made a judgment call. My girlfriend and I pissed ourselves laughing!
