NAILTRIX SPA in Clarksville, TN

I thought this place would be great but it wasn't. I got a gel manicure and not even two days later it started to chip and peel off. Called got those nails fix and I also notice two more were starting to do the same but the guy didn't fix them. Two more days later they both started to left off my nail. Called and they said they would fix it with whatever. Go in to get it fix and made me pay $50. I'm was so pissed off! Gel shouldn't be lifting or peeling before a week. Don't go and waste your money there.

After being accosted for months about a sale in their micro blading services. I scheduled an appointment and they required a 50.00 deposit which I paid. The day before the appointment they text me to say the appointment was canceled because Kim was in Vietnam on an emergency for 6 weeks. When I requested my refund all of a sudden she'll be back next week and we can reschedule. No but nice try... I still haven't gotten my deposit back from January. Pure scam artists!!!

My wife and mother in law got their nails done today at this salon. They were told they might chip or peel if they didn't get the more expensive gel polish they said no just the regular they still pressed finally asked how long will the regular polish last they said normally 3 tob5 days with normal use. They got it done 30 Minintes later it started to peel as shown in the picture. Called and told them and they offered to redo them but no refund. They don't stand behind their work don't use this nail spa you could do a better job with dollar tree nail polish

Nail Trix! It is a trick!

I visited the salon with my grandma, and I can't even begin to explain how bad our experience was. First of all, the tech next to her was picking his nose RIGHT NEXT TO HER! Not only is that absolutely disgusting, but it's even more disgusting that a NAIL TECH is doing that.

Second of all, I went to get my toes polished. NOT a pedicure, only polish. It took the same amount of time to polish my toes that it did for my grandma to get and finish getting a fill on her acrylics. If you know anything about the time difference between the two, you know it should NOT have taken that long just to polish some toes. I mean it took 45 minutes!! Not to mention there were flies on my feet the whole time. And the Nail tech rolled up my cargo pants, exposing my unshaven legs -something I wanted to keep hidden, which is why I wore long pants in the first place.

I came into the salon hoping to get my acrylics filled as well, but after all this I just could not. I walked out of there so unsatisfied. However, I must say the french tip designs on my toes were nice. But it was not worth it.

I would NOT recommend. AT ALL.

However, the receptionist was very nice.

I spent 3 hours in the salon just to have the worst nails I've ever seen. The worker should have told me he wasn't confident doing what I was asking. I told him I wanted coffin shape and he gave me round. My nails do not match each other in shape , they're bulky , and there are marks on them. Some nails start close to the cuticle and some are far from the cuticle. I would have asked them to completely fix them but I kept telling the guy what I disliked and it got to the point where I gave up asking for what I want. It is November 10th 2022 and they told me the manager won't cal me until after December 1st. Waste of my money and they refuse to do anything to make me feel better and not regret spending so much time and money. DO NOT GO HERE
