Gel nails post 1 week. Started chipping the same day that i had them done. My toes are in the same condition- bubbles all throughout, soft, and chipping. One of my nails was even cut crookedly. I had a bbq yesterday, and a friend of mine had the same results from the same tech at Q nails. We couldn't remember her name, but she had orange hair, spoke VERY softly, was very sweet, but spoke almost no English. $110 wasted.
Tonight I was there and received service from a new lady who could speak fluent English. I received the same services I always get. A fill-in cut down of my actual nails and a pedicure. During my nail appointment, a person called in and was given the price of a full set of nails $50. I was given a fill-in at that price,, this should have been $40 or $35. I was also charged for nail shaping from sq to round $5, french tips which were painted onto my own nails. I asked for a price list because I have been charged too many different prices and the services change to much. The problem I have is the nail tech did not tell me she was charging anything extra for these services. They only have a price sheet for pedicures I asked for one and never produced it. I had to ask for a receipt for the services I was charged for. CUT DOWN SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE FILL-IN. YOU HAVE TO CUT MY NAILS THEY ARE MY REAL NAILS! NOT GOING BACK! SHE DID NOT TELL ME THAT IT WAS EXTRA FOR ROUND OR SQUARE NAILS BUT I WAS CHARGED.

This salon was fantastic! Decided on a whim to go get my nails done & they were able to take me as a walk-in just 20 minutes after I had called which worked out great! When i came in i was greeted immediately & the girl who did the set for me couldn't have done a better job These are actually my favorite nails I've ever had!
I literally adore the family that runs this business! They were so sweet! They were very busy but you could tell they were trying their best to get everybody accommodated and were working hard to meet each person's requests. They were funny and personable! I definitely recommend them. My nails turned out gorgeous and I enjoyed their company.
I was recommended to this nail shop a few months ago and up until the last two sessions everything was fine. First of all what is up with the attitude from some of these Asian!? I mean correct me if I'm wrong but just like any service you are there to perform just that a service to your customer so I don't understand why you need to be rude or sarcastic just because someone doesn't decide fast enough what they want done with their nails! It's not our fault that you are rushing people through left and right just so you can get that extra dollar. I get it it's all about the money but it's also about professionalism! Try taking a little extra time be patient and listen to your customer instead of rushing them. Bad reviews travel fast!!
