Pleasant enough but disappointed in quality of the mani/pedi we got. My feet are still very rough and my nail polish on hands was a poorly done French manicure look with polish left on sides of fingers as well as under front of nail. The sides of some nails don't have the white all the way to edge & one nail as white on side almost to nail bed. After our service was complete I did get eyebrows & upper lip waxed. In which she was trying hard to sell me some collagen cream & then was attempting to sell herbal tea & candies. I understand trying to sell things but I get put off when they keep on about it.

Not sure I would return for services. At $55 for all this I don't feel satisfied at all.
Update. 24 hours later and several nails the ENTIRE POLISH came off in one piece. Adding a picture of it

I went to this place for the first time last week while I was visiting from out of state. It's owned by a couple. I was their only customer. I commented to the lady that they weren't busy. She told me that not as many customers come when it gets cold. It wasn't cold!  The husband did my pedicure and he did a nice job. She did my manicure and I'm extremely disappointed! First of all, she only filed my nails a little. She didn't ask if I wanted them trimmed or anything. She then proceeded to tell me about some herbal tea that she's supposedly made and is selling. It is to be used for various health issues. She even showed me testimonials of people who are using it. She also has these same testimonials posted on the walls next to the area where nails are dried. (she must be getting desperate to sell her product) While telling me about this tea remedy, the only "manicure" she actually gave me was rubbing some lotion on my arms and then she applied ONE coat of nail polish and top coat. Because she had me distracted, I didn't pay much attention to what she was doing. I now know that she didn't do anything to my cuticles and they look horrible, plus the polish must have been old because now most of it has chipped off in less than a week!

PLEASE, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Nice people. Don't go there. First of all the place has very old decorations and chairs but I thought it would be fine. The massage chairs choose when they want to work so most of the time it didn't work. They only have two people working, a husband and wife, who are nice. This meant that with five people in the place my mom and I would have to share one person working on our feet. She would buff my toes and then go to my mom. Back and forth. Halfway through the pedicure I felt something on my feet so I looked down. The water had huge black chunks touching my feet. When I took my feet out the woman said it was because they had cleaned the equipment recently and left the sprayer for the pedicure tub open. All of the rust and mildew from inside the sprayer was then in my pedicure water. After cleaning it out she turned the tub back on, still smaller black chunks. The whole place felt unclean and I'm overall grossed out. They were giving away free used nail polish when we left which was nice and the lady was nice but it was pretty unsanitary. The tools were not in any sort of cleaning liquid. Overall I would try anywhere else before this nail place.

This place is ran by idiots. I had a wedding to attend from California and I told all of my friends and family attending the wedding to come here. They had no one in there when I went in. Unfortunately she completely ruined my nails after I showed her a picture of what I wanted.. I didn't want to be rude really but I nicely told her I wasn't happy because they were way too short. I didn't even want to pay her for the service but I felt bad at the time. So I left and went home not happy. I Came back the next day to have her fix them and she said it would cost me $10 to remove them and another 35 to do them longer. Are you kidding me??? U didn't do them how I wanted therefor you should fix them since it was your mistake. I will never go back there and I will never refer anyone there. I get my nails done every two weeks and rarely have issues & if I haven't been happy in the past any normal place will fix them for you.
