I went into the salon to purchase a gift card. I left after 5 minutes of waiting. There are too many good salons excited to take my money for me to be ignored. I understand they had clients but as a customer most customer's are happy to wait while someone is getting service.

I come here regularly and have always loved it!! They do a great job shaping, have a lot of options, and good prices. I usually get longer acrylics which have snapped off on occasion (although they almost always last up to 3 weeks) which they replace for free. I typically go to Hannah but the other nail techs are great as well :)
Went here as I was wanting to try somewhere new. The other place I used to go to just felt like something was missing. Not the case with Nails Plus. In fact I had to cut the service short because of their amazing attention to detail. I loved the time and care out into my mani pedi (gel style). The massage with pedi was an extra relaxing touch! I would definitely visit here again!
Not Freindly like other reviews stated, came with my gf and watched first hand the nail worker agree to a set and confirm the ability to do said set, halfway through they told my GF they couldn't do it and it was a "Miscommunication" what actually happened was they got a flurry of customers and since her set took longer they wanted to get her out as fast as possible. They lost a customer, a regular just to get another person in the chair. Then they raised the price to the alternative set. Take your business elsewhere
